A Cozy Fireplace takes pride in it's service department. All of our service techs are fully trained and experienced for the jobs we send them on. 

Sometimes we even send out the owners of the company to make sure all your service needs are being met. We have open lines of communication with the Tech Departments of all of the Manufacturers we deal with. 

We are never afraid to "ask" for help from the Manufacturers before we service your products. 

We also guarantee all of our work for a full year so you can rest assured that we've done the job right.  

Our company has a simple motto posted in all three stores that reads: "KNOWLEDGE, PROFESSIONALISM, QUALITY AND SERVICE ARE THE CORNERSTONES TO YOUR SATISFACTION AND OUR SUCCESS"
